Camped under an oak tree last night to escape gale force winds and ultimate rain. Should be there in 2 hours now.

Camped up for the night at an old fort. Another 12 miles today but mostly up and down hill-climbed 150 feet, back down to water level and now up at 350 feet again.

Leaving fort augustus this morning. Feet covered in blisters but the sun is out so its all good.
After walking 15 miles today in "sunny intervals" my arse! Decided to get a canadian canoe from Loch oich. Another 7 miles down river and now in fort augustus.
Stopped for the night on the banks of Loch Lochy. Managed to get in about 11 miles this afternoon. Got mac cheese from a can tonight-mmm
Just left the old fort ruins at Fort William 5 minutes ago. Wished well on our way by a woman from tasmania no less.

Having lunch on Inchlonaig, Loch Lomond. Absolutly roasting. Last day of holiday today but got the prodigy tonight. Cant wait.
